Shipping Policy

All orders placed on weekdays before 2pm (CST) will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after, will be shipped the following day. All orders placed on weekends will ship Monday.

Tracking Information will be sent to your email right after your purchase.

Please note - Once your package leaves my shop and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX), it's no longer my responsibility, therefore I am not responsible for lost or damaged item/ packages. Insurance on packages can be added upon request. Silver Mane Jewelry Co. is a small business solely run and funded by one person and unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers.  If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office, I will also do my best to help you.
